Listing your property with me, Wade I. Treadway, gives you a very unique advantage in what is a very crowded marketplace. First and foremost is my ability to understand exactly what your property is and accurately assess how it relates to other properties not only in your immediate community and town, but throughout the state of Vermont.  Through careful analysis of past sales and current offerings, I can help you establish a listing price that is the highest price that can be justified to a buyer. 

Once your property is listing with me, I conduct a comprehensive physical analysis of the structures and their systems, walk the boundaries and gather all pertinent information in the Town Records for Deeds, Surveys and the towns assessment. A photographic session is scheduled that will include still photography, video and drone imagery. Floor plans are generated and all physical features and dimensions are compiled for a Features section of property. All of this imagery and documentation is then submitted to the MLS system for distribution. Your property is added to my website, Wade I. Treadway Real Estate, as a Featured property. Additional feeds through social media sites insures that your property will get maximum exposure to qualified buyers looking for a property like yours.
