Vermont is a state that is literally bound by water. Over 600 miles of shoreline on Lake Champlain forms our western boundary, while the eastern boundary is formed by the Connecticut River. To the north we have Lake Memphremagog and the southern boundary is formed in part by the Deerfield River.
