 As I travel the state of Vermont showing properties to potential buyers, I am always on the lookout for listings that tend to transcend the local real estate market where they are located. I have sold many properties that have caught my eye as being particularly appealing to a broader customer base. These can be everything from a large acreage counry estate to a village home. The common thread being that they are a very good value when taken into the context of all Vermont real estate.
